Election Big Boost for Income for Habal-habal
by: Aurell P. Arais
Malaybalay City - If there’s anyone who feels happy during this season of politics, one of them are motor single operators and drivers.
Here in Bukidnon, it was learned that motor single that were hired by politicians during this election fever were rented P500.00 per day.
This is aside from free food and gasoline for the motor unit.
This is usually occurred on mountainous and remote areas that are no longer fit for four wheeled vehicles.
Although it is not permanent, nevertheless it is a big help for the family.
According to a habal-habal driver in a vernacular “once in a blue moon lang ni bay pahimos sab ta”.

The Bukidnon Tree Park was planted with pine tree the main reason why Malaybalay has a very nice and cold climate.
